Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, please. There is often some flexibility, so feel free to ask if you require an extension for either of these times.

Our policy requires guests to cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund. After that, guests get a 50% refund if they cancel 7 or more days before check-in, but no refund if they cancel within 7 days.

Yes, cats and dogs are very welcome! The perimeter of the garden is enclosed, but please note that the entrance gate may not always be closed, so kindly keep an eye on your furry friends.

Yes there is plenty of parking available directly outside the property.

No smoking is permitted within the property. However, there is a charming covered patio available for you to enjoy while smoking outside.

Our main entrance is conveniently located right on the North Downs Way. You'll find stunning walking trails in both directions that stretch for miles. We have numerous walking routes clearly marked on maps available inside the property. If you'd like me to send these to you before your stay, just let me know!

The Snuggery is located on our property, and we warmly invite you to explore the entire area around it. A small hedge creates a gentle separation between the Snuggery and the main house, offering guests a sense of privacy while still enjoying the openness of the surroundings.

Yes — many of our guests visit without a car. The easiest option is to take the train to Rochester, then a taxi or Uber to The Snuggery, which usually costs around £10–£12. Once you’re here, there’s a Co-op in the village about a 20-minute walk away, and a pub at the end of the village around 30 minutes on foot. You can also book Ubers from here
