Surrounded by woodland and open countryside, the setting combines complete privacy with expansive natural light throughout the day — ideal for both larger scale productions and more intimate editorial shoots.
At the heart of the house is a standout kitchen that has become a favourite for stylists and brands — generous in scale, filled with natural light, and designed to photograph beautifully from multiple angles.

The surrounding grounds provide additional opportunities for outdoor setups, while the seclusion of the estate allows teams to work efficiently and uninterrupted.
Meet Your Host, kate
We moved from London to High Birch in 2015 with a toddler and a newborn. I began upcycling furniture when we needed to furnish our new home on a budget. An old dusty garage was the perfect spot! In 2017, I gave up my commute and my career in Sports Marketing and we converted the outbuilding into The Snuggery.
While my husband continues to commute to London, I manage The Snuggery and our household, leveraging my hospitality background. Drawing inspiration from years of staying in B&Bs throughout the UK, we have developed a space that is both cosy and inviting, creating lasting memories for our guests.
Having converted my painting studio into The Snuggery, we built a new space - my “workshop,” which is now also available for rent as a creative studio. We feel incredibly fortunate to call this place home and take great pleasure in sharing it with others.
